Weekly Rate

From $950 to $1100 dependent on season ( £530 to £600 ) .  This covers all cleaning fees and utility costs. No charges for telephone (within US, Canada), high speed internet  or gas BBQ.    

15% deposit secures a booking.

Pool Heating Option is included in the rates shown above. We do a discount rate for booking more than 3 weeks.
