Welcome to Little Palms Villa a spacious 3 bed home with a  heated screened pool situated at the end of a pretty lake in the lovely relaxed community of Sabal Harbour.

As a base for exploring the nearby Gulf Coast beaches, the stylish  city of Sarasota or for visiting the fine shopping and dining of St. Armands Circle on the Barrier Island of Lido Key, our villa is superbly placed.

Little Palms sleeps six comfortably and has full heat/air conditioning with ceiling fans, 3 separate dining areas and two bathrooms.

It is just a pleasant four minute stroll to the many communal facilities within
this luxury residential development which are for the free use of guests. These include a large swimming pool, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and kiddies play areas.

Sabal Harbour is next door to a fine golf club and just a five minute drive to a Walmart supermarket, a Blockbusters, a bank A.T.M. and many places to eat.

Creekwood Crossing shopping area just 5 minutes drive from the villa sites many of the major outlets and a number of eateries including an Applebees and a Bob Evans restaurant for breakfast and lunches. A large gym catering for all ages is also found here.     The I-75 interstate runs past this area and is the main link to all the west coastal towns allowing visits to the city of Sarasota in 20 minutes and the world famous beach of Siesta Key in around 25.  

Many guests have driven to Orlando during  stays at the villa and found this to be the perfect  compromise between the thrills and exitement of the Disney area, and the relaxation and beauty of life on the Gulf Coast.

The Gulf of Mexico Beaches are only 15 minutes away.  These include  Longboat Key, Anna-Maria Island and of course Siesta Key with its lively town full of restaurants and beach bars.

Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park are close by at the coastal city of Tampa, also with an international airport all just a 45 minute drive away.

Sarasota and Bradenton boast several museums, art galleries, ballet, symphonies, aquariums, historic attractions, fishing and theaters. There is also a state park, recreation area, botanical gardens, and wild bird sanctuaries within easy reach.
